Condition Report (Read Before Purchasing - Sold AS IS)
Celluloid Plaque Damage: The early celluloid insert is heavily cracked, fractured, and brittle across the center and lower right quadrant. There is slight lifting/separation of the material near the bottom prong. The underlying paper lithograph shows typical age toning/yellowing but the graphics remain sharp.
Metalwork & Chain: The brass elements are in great structural condition with an authentic, deep uncleaned antique patina. Prongs are secure, and the chain links are unbroken.
Please review the macro photographs to carefully evaluate the cracks.
