It originally left Germany as a pristine white porcelain "blank" and was meticulously hand-painted by a highly skilled artisan in an independent decorating studio. The striking sage/mint green outer border is beautifully broken up by four pale yellow cartouches housing delicate, vibrant pink blossoms. The entire design is beautifully framed by bright, hand-applied gold gilt accent lines. Because these patterns were custom-ordered and individually hand-detailed, finding a matching piece in this specific colorway is nearly impossible today.
