Manufactured in Coshocton, Ohio during the late 1920s to early 1930s, this set is built on Pope-Gosser's celebrated "Rose Point" blank, featuring beautifully embossed floral textures along the scalloped rims and handles.
The set is decorated in Pattern 3184 (stamped in gold on the base), showcasing an eye-catching, vibrant multicolor floral bouquet anchored by a large pink cabbage rose, smaller blue blossoms, and a delicate gold-gilded trim.
Condition: The pieces are in fair-to-good vintage condition. True to their 90+ year age, there is a prominent network of fine crazing (glaze crackling) throughout both items. The gold trim shows notable wear and fading around the rims and handles from decades of handling. However, there are no structural chips or deep cracks, and the transferware floral pattern remains remarkably bright, vivid, and colorful.
